Doctor Search – Assam Council of Medical Registration (ACMR)

The ACMR Doctor Search facility allows users to search the available doctor registration records maintained through the online directory.

How to Search a Doctor

1. Enter the doctor’s Registration Number in the search box.
2. Enter the Doctor’s Name if required.
3. Click on the Search Doctor button.
4. The available registration details will be displayed on the screen.
5. Check the displayed information carefully, including:
   • Registration Number
   • Date of Registration
   • Doctor’s Name
   • Father’s Name
   • Qualification(s) with Year
   • Name of University
   • Permanent Address
6. Where a document is available, a Download PDF option may be displayed below the doctor’s details.
7. Users should verify the information shown on the portal and use the registration number for accurate searching.

If the required doctor record is not found, please check the Registration Number and spelling of the doctor’s name and search again.
